On February 28, 2011, I spent my first day interning at a local, uncertified organic, non-profit CSA farm that also works with local at-risk youth. I can definitively say that growing my own food has been the most empowering experience of my young adult life.
The documentary “FRESH” celebrates the farmers, thinkers and business people across America who are re-inventing our food system.
